Lintjer + Haywood Architects continues the long-standing involvement in the Denver architectural community of its two Principals, Bruce R. Lintjer and William P. Haywood, who together have over 60 years of experience in providing architectural, planning, interiors, and project management services to various healthcare, institutional, commercial, and industrial clients. They share a background that spans 35 years, from their education as architects, and their individual practice of architecture, prior to merging to form the present practice.

Our organization emphasizes the direct involvement of the Principal, continuously from inception of design through project occupancy. This fundamental strategy, which sets our approach apart from larger firms, assures each client the benefits of close attention to their needs, application of the appropriate experience at the right time, and assurance that the needs/ requirements expressed during the initial design phases are integrated into the final built product. As the two principals work on projects as a team, projects of substantial complexity can be produced, while the Principals maintain their emphasis to on-site availability, and overall project management.
